This interactive public art sculpture was commissioned for the NEON Festival in Norfolk, VA. To create it, we asked festival attendees to finish one of the following phrases: “My voice is…” “I speak for…” or “I project…”  They wrote their responses on the illusion film and it was shaped into a megaphone. The megaphones were attached to a lighted post and placed into the sculpture.
